Park Visitor: Comments, Memories and Reviews
September 8 Family Memories by Elizabeth Burton
My dad was brought to the park when it first opened with his parents. They did boating, water skiing, and swimming at the beach area along with cooking out and just relaxing on the bank. Then when my siblings and I were born, we went to West Branch and continued on the tradition. Almost every weekend in the summer we were out on the water. The park was always so clean, everyone is so friendly. Now, I am grown and married, with four children of my own and I definitely look forward to continuing on the tradition :)

January 3 great camping ,but???? by jed
if it rains the park does provide straw or anything to put on the ground to soak up the mud[ bring your own straw or anything to soak up the mud pit. camp site are not level, and way to short. but over all the camping is great. and also you have to book a site 6 months in advance or you will get a lousey site. cant wait for christmas in july.
May 29 We love West Branch camping. by rumy6e1
We have been camping at West branch for the past 3 summers. Our whole family loves it and we look forward to it each year now. Last year they installed a campers beach which was a real treat. They have done an excellent job with this campground from the showers through to all the amenities available. They also have a place to leave your old read or new/unread books so other people can get the benefit of them too. We highly recommend other camping enthusiasts to give West Branch a try!

West Branch State Park is the nicest Park we have been to in Ohio. The shower houses and restrooms are always clean, the camphost are always friendly, and the campers seem to always greet you with a friendly smile. We have made so many friends there. For a nice clean Park, ckean Lake, and so on, go to West Branch.

April 8 Very Popular Campground by Superslif
They have 198 sites. About 12 are non-electric, about 160 are electric and about 25 are full service. Everything was rebuilt about 6-7 years ago. 4 brand new showerhouses, new paving, new boat launch, new check-in station. We like it because it is 25 miles from home. The problem is this: when they re-built the park many of the new sites are not level. The website will say they are level, but many are not. Many are very short in length. Most of the sites have some sort of shade. Speaking of the showerhouses. Yes, they are very nice and well kept. Boaters like it here because the campground is built on a peninsula, which campers can tie their boats up near their campsites. Across the lake is a nice mountain biking trail area that is maintained by CAMBA. Very nice....
